Conference by Blandine Laperche: « Circular economy and transition in territories ».

Rethinking the circular economy at regional level? In this lecture given by the TETRAE Research Partners School, Blandine Laperche, professor of economics, lays the foundations for thinking about the circular economy as a basis for TETRAE projects.
